1. Fulfillment & Shipping Overview
All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify, a trusted third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders are printed and shipped directly from Printify’s network of production partners, depending on customer location and stock availability.
2. Processing Time
Production Time: 2–5 business days
Once your order is placed, it is sent into production. Production times may vary depending on demand, holidays, or stock levels.
3. Estimated Shipping Times

📦 Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and fulfillment location.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
Customs clearance delays
Weather or force majeure events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
Please contact the shipping carrier directly first
Then contact us at support@shortcutmat.com — we’ll assist you as best we can
However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address input.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide, except to countries or regions restricted by U.S. export laws or Printify’s fulfillment partners.
