At ShortcutMat.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy for returns and refunds is tailored to your location to ensure compliance and a fair process.
1. For Customers in the United States (US)
Return Window: You may return items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind. Please note that all our products are made-to-order, so we encourage careful selection before purchasing.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shortcutmat.com. We will provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs. You will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
2. For Customers in the European Union (EU)
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request: Please email support@shortcutmat.com within 14 days of delivery. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs in case of change-of-mind returns. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.
3. For Customers in Other Countries
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for these regions.
How to Request: Please contact support@shortcutmat.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a description and photo(s) of the issue. We will review your case and provide return instructions if applicable.
Return Shipping: We will cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns in these cases.
4. General Return Process
Contact Us First: All return requests must begin by contacting us at support@shortcutmat.com.
Return Instructions Provided: Once your return is approved, we will provide step-by-step return instructions, including the return address.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Condition Review: Items returned must be in original condition. Used or altered items may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Notes
Digital items are non-returnable unless they are defective or the wrong item was delivered.
We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
You will be notified via email once your return is received and inspected.
